CONTENT AGREEMENT

Users of the website are allowed to post and share reviews, comments, suggestions and other content including multimedia (photos, videos, e-cards etc). 

Users warrant that content they post in the website is accurate and that they have full ownership over it.

It is the responsibility of the users to ensure that said content are not illegal and malicious in nature and are not cause for injury (physical or otherwise), breach of security, privacy and intellectual property rights.  Content are not allowed to contain any form of SPAM, including but not limited to: viruses, advertisements, solicitations, political campaigns, chain messages, mass mails etc.

Users are not allowed to use fraudulent emails or identities.

The management of RobustBuy reserves the right to edit or remove content as we see fit.  We are, however, under no obligation to monitor and edit any activity related to content posted by its users.

Unless otherwise indicated, submission of content grants RobustBuy the non-exclusive right and permission to use, modify, reproduce, publish and translate said content without any corresponding fees for an undefined duration.

RobustBuy is neither responsible nor liable for any of the content posted on the website by its users.

COPYRIGHT AGREEMENT

Website content including but not limited to text, graphics (icons, logos, images), multimedia (audio, video) and software are considered properties of RobustBuy or its partners and affiliates.  These are protected by international copyright laws.  The use of any of the content without permission is strictly prohibited.

ORDER RESTRICTIONS

Please be advised that we may reject orders under certain restrictions without any explanations.  RobustBuy also reserves the right to cancel placed orders for any reason we deem necessary (e.g. incorrect product/pricing information, suspected fraudulent transactions etc).  Expect us to get in touch with you in such cases.

APPLICABLE LAWS

Users agree that they will follow all applicable laws of the People’s Republic of China that govern these Terms of Use. 

ADJUDICATION

Disputes related to your visit to www.RobustBuy.com or with any of its products and services will be addressed by CIETAC, South China Sub-Commission for adjudication.  It will be done according to the Commission’s rules for adjudication in effect at the time of application.  There will only be one adjudicator.  The venue will be in Shenzhen, China.  The language to be used will be Chinese.  The decision will be final and bonding as agreed between you and RobustBuy.
